Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days from dispatch.

We offer refunds and exchanges, with our returns policy as follows:

  • • It is recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit to us.
    • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
    • Should you receive an item that is faulty, please advise Codu within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
    • No refund or exchange will be offered on sale items.
